LOVING OUR COMMUNITY
"The one who plants and the one who waters work together with the same purpose. And both will be rewarded for their own hard work. For we are co-workers in God's service..."
1 Cor 3:8&9
RANDOM ACTS OF KINDNESS
One way we strive to show our community love and hope is by showing them that kindness still exists, it's contagious, and it's what our world needs more of.
Monthly, we try to find new ways to serve our communities- whether it's collecting coats and blankets in the winter, setting up tables in the park to pray with people, hand out free snacks and coffee, or picking up trash in our neighborhood!
Please let us know if you would like to join us or if you have some ideas of how we can best serve and show kindness to our community!
We are blessed with some incredible partner churches and they are always looking for ways to help us serve and be part of what Hope Community is doing in Brooklyn.
Our mission teams are able to help us prayer walk, meet needs, help us do some larger acts of kindness, and they get to be part of our weekly Bible Studies.
Please feel free to contact us if you or your church are interested in serving in the Brooklyn area!
